Work out today


1. Shoulder lift and squat

Start with bent knees back straight lean forward, weight on one arm. Start from bottom lift bicep curl then stand up then lift with shoulders above head straight arms

2. Push up x10

3. Inclined pull ups 5 x 2

4. Squats touch your toes then stand up 20x

Second circuit 3 sets

1. Run 500m
2. Lunges with bicep curl x 12
3. Tricep lift back of head w both arms x20
4. Crunches reach for ankle bend knees but not too forward then straighten out legs then lie head on mat for a short while then do 20x
