Yes!!!

I now hit my pre Chinese new year's weight again .... Keeping it now for three days consecutively. Took so long but I got back into my healthy -moderation diet again. I feel good.

U gotta take control of your cooking at home .. Try to prepare meals yourself. Eat as natural as possible.. Fruits veggies r the best. Non salted.. Sugary stuffs.

Continue on the fight!! I'm with u and you know you r not alone..
